CLUB OFFICE REGISTRATION
Registrations (including Nippers) can be made at the Club Office most weekday mornings - just ask for the Registrar.
Registration Days are as follows:

• Sunday 5th, 12th and 19th September 2010, 9am - 12pm

All members are required to complete and sign the following forms:
       UNDER 16 years (By Parent/Guardian) - Club Membership Form
                                                                  SLSA Membership Form
       16 years & OVER - Club Membership Form
                                    SLSA Membership Form
                                    Child Protection or P.E.D.Form 
(The Child Protection Form is a requirement by law. All those who come in contact with children MUST complete this form. This form must be signed each year)
